ROLLY is sold by Psyched! Supplements to adults 21 and older. By ordering, you confirm you are of legal age and that ROLLY is permitted in your location. You are responsible for confirming local rules before you buy.

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change. Orders are subject to availability and to acceptance by Psyched! Supplements. We may limit quantities or decline orders that appear to violate these terms.

Returns & refunds

Unopened sachets can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or refund it. For safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping

Two shipping options are available: Standard at $10 for 5 to 7 business days, and Expedited at $20 for 2 to 4 business days. Timing is an estimate from the day the order ships, not the day it is placed.

Orders are packed discreetly. Some destinations may be restricted based on local rules. If we cannot ship to your location, we will let you know and refund the order.

Subscription & auto-renewal

Subscribe and save applies a standing discount to each recurring order, up to 20% on a full case. When you subscribe you agree to recurring billing at the subscription price until you cancel.

You can skip, reschedule, change quantity, or cancel anytime from your account before the next order is processed. We send a reminder before each renewal.

Privacy

We collect what checkout and your account need: name, address, email, phone, order history, and subscription details. We use it to fulfill orders, provide support, and, if you opt in, send email updates.

We do not sell your personal information. You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Marketing email is opt-in and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
